The brief
Give parents one place to see the coaches, the training times for their child's age group and how to book a trial, and replace the academy's paperwork with a system for players, seasons and monthly fees.

Call, WhatsApp or Viber, plus directions to the training ground.

For the academy
Players by season and age group
A dashboard listing every player, with each month's payment and the kit fee.
Receipts by email
Recording a payment emails the parent a confirmation, and every receipt can be printed.
Who still owes
A report of unpaid months per age group, with a reminder email to the parent.
New season in a few clicks
Copy players into the next season, set its prices, and import or export everything in Excel.

The dashboard and its data sit behind a login, with hashed passwords and a signed session.
Takings report
A statement of every payment between two dates, for the accounts.
